Inclement Weather Service Changes for January 24–26 ⚠️

Durham Parks and Recreation is closely monitoring the incoming winter weather expected this weekend. To prioritize the safety of our community, participants, and staff, several service and facility changes will be in effect beginning Saturday afternoon. Please review the details below and plan accordingly.

📆 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟒

▪️ Recreation centers will operate under their normal schedules (8:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.)

▪️ At 2 p.m., all DPR facilities will close, including rentals and aquatic centers (indoor pools). They will remain closed through Monday, January 27. All programming and events are canceled or will be rescheduled.
