Weekly Classes for Well-Being
Chinese Exercises for Well-Being is held every Tuesday from 6:15 to 7:15 p.m. and open to participants ages 18 and up. Each session is designed to promote:
Energy: Reconnect with your natural vitality through guided joint warm-ups and energy-awareness exercises.
Flexibility: Improve your range of motion and overall physical ease with dynamic and gentle movements.
Flow: Experience seamless motion through practices like Animal Frolics and Tai Chi skills, all set to relaxing music.
Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, these follow-along classes are tailored for all skill levels, ensuring everyone feels welcome and supported.
