DPR’s Summer Concerts in the Park Series is Back to Delight Bull City with Amazing Lineup of Local Performers

Durham Parks and Recreation (DPR) is bringing the music to the Bull City this summer! Join DPR for this free, family-friendly summer concert series throughout our parks. Each concert celebrates the diversity of Durham by featuring emerging local artists with genre-defining talents — there’s truly something for everyone to enjoy.
2025 Summer Concerts in the Park Schedule:
Saturday, June 14 at Forest Hills Park, located at 1639 University Drive, featuring Jazziando (Latin Jazz)
Saturday, July 12 at Duke Park, located at 106 West Knox Street, featuring Husbandos (Jazz Fusion) and Counterclockwise String Band (Bluegrass)
Saturday, August 9 at the Piney Wood Park soccer field, located at 400 E Woodcroft Parkway, featuring Emma Jane (Indie Pop) and Tre. Charles (Indie Pop)
All concerts are from 6 to 8 p.m. A rotating lineup of on-site food trucks will be on site for each concert. Be sure to bring your own lawn chair or blanket, gather your crew, and soak up the sounds of summer in some of Durham’s most beautiful outdoor spaces.
